Organizing for America a President Obama created lobbying organization whose goal is to promote the socialist agenda of our new president is traveling the 5th district this week in support of Congressman Perriello. They helped organize a counter protest at Perriello’s office on Tuesday. They were back in Charlottesville to thank Tom again on Thursday and are headed to Martinsville Friday to meet at his office there.
This out of district group, promoted by a president who has absolutely no interest in the well being of this area’s residents is manipulating Perriello. Obama’s head crony in the house Nancy Pelosi is pulling the strings and Tom is dancing to the DNC tune. What happened to representing the people in your district?
For the past several months Tom kept saying that he could not vote for this health care bill but wanted to be able to vote yes. Was there anybody out in the district that actually believed that Tom would ever vote against this bill in any form? After his vote on the cap and trade bill was there any doubt that Perriello was anywhere but in the pocket of the left? With hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Pelosi, Soros, the unions and organizations such as moveon.org could he vote any other way but in lock step with the left?
The citizens of the 5th need to realize that this congressman is not representing us but the national party and the far left that controls it and we need to do everything in our power to make sure that this will be Tom’s one and only term.
